What to expect
Day passes run from gates open until 2am the following morning. The both-days bundle covers the whole weekend on one code.
Questions
Can I buy before the festival?
Yes — that's the easiest way. Buy now, and your activation codes are waiting in your inbox. Nothing is used up until you activate on site.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Join the Heal WiFi network, enter your code on the page that opens, and the network lets you straight through.
What's the both-days bundle?
One pass covering Saturday and Sunday at a lower price than two singles — same tier, one code, no need to buy again on day two.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through a secure checkout — no card details are stored by the WiFi network.
Why is it slower at peak times?
Every pass shares a fixed satellite uplink. Higher tiers get more headroom, but the whole site can slow briefly between headline sets.
What if the whole site is affected, not just peak sets?
Heal WiFi runs on a shared satellite connection with a fixed daily data allowance across the whole festival. In rare cases of very high demand, that allowance can run low before the day ends, and everyone's speed — including Pro — may drop below normal for the rest of that day. If this happens, head to any Info Point; see below for how to get a credit.
Can I upgrade mid-day?
Yes — buy a higher tier any time and activate the new code; it replaces your current pass for the rest of the day.
My code isn't working — what do I do?
Head to any Info Point on site and a crew member will sort you out — no need to find a signal first.
